Today, April 2nd, 2025, marks a significant moment for Vaugnity: we signed the deed of incorporation at the notary’s office in Antwerp. It’s not the final step—but it’s the first official one in the process of turning our vision into a legally recognized public benefit foundation.

As founders—myself and my wife Christel—we’re incredibly grateful to reach this milestone after many months of preparation. We’re also joined by Pim Elshoff, my business partner, who will serve alongside us as a board member.

What’s next?

Now that the deed has been signed, we’re awaiting a certified copy of the registered act from the notary. Once we receive that, we can submit a request for official recognition to the Federal Public Service of Justice (FOD Justitie).

If that request is approved, Vaugnity will be formally recognized by Royal Decree—a legal status that will empower us to operate fully as a public benefit foundation in Belgium.

Looking ahead

Although we’re still in the early stages, this step is an important one. It marks the transition from idea to institution—something tangible that will serve the mission we’ve been building over the past few years.

And this is just the beginning. As soon as the foundation is recognized, we’ll move forward with launching our first software company, designed to reserve most of its profits for Vaugnity’s mission. It’s a practical step toward creating a self-sustaining financial engine that funds long-term impact.

We’ll keep you updated as the process unfolds—and we look forward to celebrating the next milestone with you.

It’s been a while since the last update, and I wanted to give a quick check-in regarding where things stand with Vaugnity. The beginning of a dream: Vaugnity takes shape

It’s been an interesting few months, to say the least. Earlier this year, I had a dream that felt like more than just a fleeting thought—it felt like a divine calling. God placed a vision in my heart to start something big: a foundation that would generate financial resources through passive income and invest in four crucial areas—modern slavery, hunger, education, and poverty. This dream isn’t just a passing idea; it has stuck with me, and it’s growing every day.
